Café One is located in the main lobby at One Congress and is open to building customers and the public Monday through Friday. It is a bright and airy space, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. The coffee bar features La Colombe coffee roasters, including espresso, drip coffee, cold brew, and draft lattes. There are also a variety of fresh-baked pastries, croissants, danishes and other snacks available for purchase.

Café One is a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of fresh-brewed coffee or tea. It is also a popular spot for meetings and working sessions. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are always happy to make recommendations.

Customers can order in-person at Café One or place their order ahead of time online and pick-up at the coffee bar.
